Commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless the the product was damaged upon arrival.  

Returns of pieces that are not commissioned are accepted within 30 days of order receipt. The pieces must be in the same condition that they were shipped and packed and shipped carefully for return. Return shipping is not paid unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
