Snow-covered evergreen trees stand against a soft violet sky, their branches decorated with tiny, colorful Christmas bulbs. They were created with modeling paste and are raised off of the wooden art board. Thick layers of gel medium mixed with acrylic paint create dimension in the snowy hills and trees, while touches of muted gold and icy blue add warmth and depth to the winter scene.
