You Don't Have to be Perfect to be Amazing

This piece is mixed media. It has many different papers in the background that are topped with fluid acrylic paint. 

An interesting story about this piece, is that initially, I painted flowers above the pot and used a lot of paint to show texture. When I was done, I hated the flowers. I bought a wire brush and polishing tool for my drill and got rid of the flowers! Then I collaged over the mess. Now I'm happy with it. 

It is 16" x 20" x .9" on art board.
