You will SOAR - 8x10" Print

This offering is for an 8x10" print.

I found this quote in a book that Oprah wrote, "The Path Made Clear: Discovering Your Life's Direction and Purpose."  It includes quotes from many famous people she's interviewed.  Reading this book helped me crystalize that my path is to bring Positivity to the world through my art.

The sky, flowers and grass are 3D.  Their texture was created with Gel Medium (like a glue) and then painted with acrylic using a pallet knife.

The letters, SOAR, were Photoshopped using pictures of birds' wings.

For the bird, I started with a picture of a hawk and collaged flowers, flower petals and a humming bird onto it.

The words were all individually stamped, letter by letter onto papers I created with a gelli plate (a reusable, durable printing plate that allows you to mono-print without a press).
